HOW IT WORKS ?

PREPARATION

Our systems allow us to prepare carbonate-rich, nitrogen-free biocementation solutions ready for shipping or for immediate use using an onsite reactor.

The process can run entirely on electricity, reducing the use of fossil fuels

APPLICATION

Customers or subcontractors can subsequently proceed with low-pressure grouting or soil mixing over few days to reach the desired biocement content. After application, the solution precipitates mineral bonds in just a few hours, radically improving the soil's properties.

CONTROL

We finally move on to quality control and evaluation.

The zero waste application makes it possible to recycle all the by-products and eliminates spoil waste.

THAT'S HOW WE MAKE IT

Our technologies increase the stability of foundations, support ground support structures and reduce the risk of ground liquefaction in seismic zones. We adapt our solutions to the needs of the project and the local geology.

Our containerized solution provides contractors with a high quality, environmentally friendly soil consolidation admixture. The system is compatible with all common pumping installations and feeds them continuously until the desired level of bio-cementation is reached, usually within a few days. The low viscosity fluid can be injected at very low pressure to avoid erosive jetting, heaving or settling.
